I want to hate you, I really do. But then you start this thread.

I prefer A.M. Such a great way to start up after Uncle Tupelo went tits up.
Tweedy rules, but Jay Farrar and Son Volt are no slouches either.

You know absolutely nothing about alt-country and what it means to me.

I don’t know about you, but I know my Wilco.
Saw them in Houston, Austin and Minneapolis.
Saw them any chance I got where ever I lived.
    It’s been a while though.

I would love to take a lap.
    But there’s no snow.

Nice try, I don't believe a word of it.

I took a lap today. Snow was good.

That live version of Passenger Side is choice.

I saw Wilco open for Neil.

    You can't take enough laps.

    New Wilco

Been a fan of Tweedy since his UT days (although I lean towards Jay Farrar, who plays up at Jay Peak every few years). Did anyone else catch the killer St Paul show they streamed via Facebook on Nov 16? Luckily a friend linked to it and I only missed the first few tunes. It was an awesome retrospective.

last time I saw Wilco it was with the Notch Brewing crew,we got a pre game party going at Stoddard's up the street, Chris, the owner, raffled off a signed copy of the new album and we proceeded to get seat upgrades in the front thanks to some orpheum friends. it was quite a night. like california coolniss, in january.

Anyone catch Son Volt this summer? I really would have liked to see them but couldn't line it out.
