Corbets on a DH bike
Looks like this was filmed last spring, so maybe people already know about it. But the video was dropped today, and I didnt see any other mention of it here.
Super sketchy snow straightline out..

Megavalanche w/o the crowds and with a funner entry.
Does Durtschi normally goon his arms that way? "I'm a bird, flapping my way into the sky!"

Corbets on a DH bike
I saw that in Rogue Elements.
In fact right before the movie, I told someone “I don’t think it’s possible to downhill bike Corbet’s”.
I literally ate my foot.

it's part of this years TGR ski movie. I thought it was pretty funny that the one segment of a ski movie that gets the crowd really fired up is a bike scene.

It was cool, but seemed like Tim was having more fun for the most part.

Corbets on a DH bike
I always enjoy TGR film soundtracks.
Turned out they have Spotify playlists.
I particularly like electronic-pop duo from NYC called Overcoats.
Their song Leave The Light On is in Rogue Elements.
DH bike scene background music is Hi Ho by The War and Treaty.

Cool idea, but aside from the Corbet's drop I didn't think it ended up working that well. Maybe it's the editing. Bikes look hilariously slow in all the overhead and head-on shots, and those are the ones they used the most. I actually lol'd on the shot where Durtschi straightlines through grass and the MTB makes some choppy squiggles on the adjacent snow.

I'm including the straightline exit when I say I think the Corbet's drop worked. It's pucker-inducing because it includes a shot from the side and that perspective shows the speed (admittedly, that particular overhead shot looks pretty fast too). I'm sure the rest of it was gnarly brah, but the way it was edited doesn't really convey that IMO. /beatereditreviews

Pretty fucking impressive IMO. They were hauling at the top after the drop in.

My thought was the Rampage makes dropping Corbet's look like a blue square. Still impressive though.
