    Valkyr Lodge - spot available - Jan 14-21, 2018

I have one spot available in a skitouring lodge in the Kootenays. Jan 14- 21, 2018

Fully catered- self-guided. Price is lodging, food, accoms, heli-in and out. Cost is $2117 CAD. I think that's about 1700 USD right now Would be joining a group of 12 and be lucky 13th.

I don't think I have enough time to renew my passport before then, but if I did, I would be on this like a fly on shit.

I thought US passport renewals were running approx 2 - 3 weeks now. I know expedited can be done in like 3 - 4 days

Renewed mine this summer and it took about 3 weeks. Way more rapid that I'd thought.

You forgot to mention, must be able to do 4000meters + a day, cook like a 5 Star chef and enjoy doing dishes to relax after serving dinner. ( hey might as well aim high )

Apparently that was if one of your 12 people was the chef. But now custodian/owner is also going to be chef... therefore space for one more

Pretty varied group. We usually split into 3 - 4 groups touring. Don't need herd mentality

Oops, so 5000 meters then since no one needs to get up early to cook breakfast, or go in early to start supper.
