PSA on some 189 Cham 127s. These are mounted for a 27.5 BSL. I adjusted the binders and they can go down to a 26.5. Not sure about a 28.5. These are brand new as far as I can tell.
They're $300. So you pay shipping and tax or I can get em to you in Colorado potentially.

Nearly got a chub when unpacking the Big Dumps. Holy crap, they're beasts.
Could have a pretty mean three ski quiver in the BDs, the SD105s and the Iggies for touring duties. I've got one last pair of Sth 16 Steels and a pair of Forza P18s. P18s would be it, if not for the suckage of entering them in pow, and the fact that a short mounting pattern does absolutely fuck all in a ski this stiff.
Nope, not going to do a quiver reduction. Redundancy is the name of the game.

Could be. SiSt and Geo were unloading the 187s at 299euros at some point, first bought one pair, then another. Replaced my LP105s as DDs, so they're pretty, pretty, pretty good. I know Down has 4 more in stock, couldn't hurt asking for a deal if they're just collecting dust in the warehouse. Might buy TD89s myself just for dicking around with the kids.
But yeah, sorry about cunting up the Dstar gospel.
The Big Dumps' line is at 82cm from the tail. I liked my LPs both on the line, at +1 and -1. These have a slightly deeper tip rocker splay, so thought of maybe going forward. Any pointers on where to mount?

Is this the most unbalanced ski/binding combo ever? https://seattle.craigslist.org/est/s...400411530.html

Yes, I can’t imagine skinning with those boats. Can you imagine the weight with wall to wall skins? I don’t like sitting on the lift with those skis.
I also think the seller is daft with his pricing.

Trigger pulled on mPro 99. Was tempted to get an mFree 99 also but my wallet said why don't you try the mFree 108's we already have before you buy another mFree?

The Dynastar Thread
Off topic and wrong thread….don’t care.
I’m sure you can handle the K108.
The question is whether you want to?
Eg the M102 I had was a ripper ski….but I find the M-Free/Proto 118, Rustler 11, Enforcer 104 skis that I also have were just less of an a-hole than the M102 in the really sketchy areas?
If I only skied open bowls and groomers… K108 and M102 all the way.
Instead I own an M-Free/Proto 118 and now a 2022 M-Free 99.
The M-Free is maneuverable and predictable and pivoty in tough (sketchy, steep, rocky, no-fall) spots where you need the ski to pivot, slide, carve, bite all within a short space/timeframe. Where the M102 was less easy? in these situations. ie tails wouldn’t release/slide, they held too long….which was great when maching flat groomers or ripping big turns in bowls where I could let them run. Now that may be on me for mounting the M102 0.5cm in front of forward mark?
Looking forward to your K108 experience in the Katana thread though!
Carry on.
Will post pics of my new M-Free 99s shortly once mounted.Last edited by kc_7777; 11-22-2021 at 12:48 AM.

Yeah that's a possibility.
What actually convinced me to buy them were Banditman's comments on how his bad knee and bad back didn't hurt while using these due to the suspension... and how loose and forgiving I could get the blaze feeling with a nearly identical shape and profile.
The mfree 108 is temping if I find the k108 too much, and I almost bought a pair that popped up on kijiji, but I haven't even tried mine yet and I've been telling my wife (and myself) I'm cutting down the quiver so I passed.
We will see...Goal: ski in the 2018/19 season

186 Legend Pros - Figured I’d check here before posting up elsewhere. I have a pair of non-race room LPs that I bought barely used a season ago. Mounted 2x, once for the prior owners Goliath foot/Salomon binding and once for a Pivot 14/305 sole. Would sell with or without the binding but have no idea on price (I paid $300 the ski).
If there is interest I’ll take much more detailed photos. Gauging interest at this point. Ideally you can pick up in the Front Range.
