It sounds like they'd been in her shed for a while, so it didn't bother me too much. And I guess she bought them for him, and payed retail for them.

Another 4 days on the Pro Riders, and this one was special. It's not that I thought that the skis were "The BEST EVER!", more that I couldn't imagine another ski being more perfect for the conditions and what I wanted to do.

It was a bit tracked out, heavy, warm, and starting to corn up on the surface. Fast, but definitely not perfectly smooth. Lots of room, though, and a nice 35-38deg. First run I gave it 70% or so, and then it was on. Kept thinking I was going to take a massive beater, but they just sliced through anything in their path. Perfect amount of rocker, perfect taper. And 2600gr/192cm feels so good.

Not sure if this guy is a Mag or not, but I’ve seen these posted to KSL classifieds probably a half dozen times now over the 8 months or so. Each time he lowers the price by ~$50-$75. I’m sure at this point he’s anxious to move them. Take a look:

I’ve been looking for a replacement pair for over a year; alas, no cash. Still think this gen (‘10/‘11) was sorely underrated in the LP pantheon. I’ll take some flak, but this version was better at everything than the OG LP.

It's a unicorn. They probably won't be available at the retail level ever again. I have put in the word that the TGR people would buy them in droves. Unfortunately the 20 or so pairs of skis we'd buy doesn't move the needle. Your best bet is to watch here plus EBAY, craigslist, etc for that ski. The Orange and White "Legend Pro 105" is the exact same ski. I've seen either model pop up on here a few times.

This shop in Shasta had a pair as of last season, no idea if they still do, but worth a call:

Big dumps are burly planks for sure! I put ~10 days on the pair you sold me last year. They were fun in pow and absolutely trucked in funky heavy snow.

They did teach me to avoid bumps at all costs...

Thanks for the reply. I called around noon today and the girl who answered said she couldn’t see any in the shop and said she would ask the manager when he got back from lunch and he would call me... never received a callback. Oh well...

If I exclusively skied huge runs in Europe or Alaska I'd consider that. Otherwise, haha, no.

How do they do on hucks? I'd imagine they are pretty damn stable.
Edit: Did anyone on the Freeride World Tour use Big Dumps at one point in time?
