    Where my lady TGR-ers at?

    Thought all the ladies (and fellas too!) would be interested in reading about what Claire Smallwood has been doing to support an array of women in the outdoors (link below). She started SheJumps, a nonprofit that just celebrated its 10 year anniversary. I really encourage you to check out their website if you are looking to build community in your area or find ways to support younger female generations getting involved in outdoor activities. I believe anyone who works for ten years to help make a positive impact has wisdom to share.
