The 80 people watching them with their camera phones at the ready were also not told by the ladies to not take pics. Implied consent?

Really, the whole argument is silly. If the TGR overlords continue to allow the pics, pics will continue to get posted. If pics continue to get posted, people will continue to look at them. If there wasn't consent, the person in the picture would have a good claim against the poster and maybe TGR...I'm not really sure there. If you have a problem with consent issues, you can let it ruin your day, plead TGR to not allow, or not click on the thread. We all have to make choices.

Me...I've already said this-I don't care if the pics go away. I do enjoy a forum with a serious lack of moderation and would prefer for it to continue to be on a moderation light policy.

I would say that wrestling topless in a public, outdoor place would imply consent. I would not take issue with those photos provided they are as described.

What's to prevent a person who takes photos of women (who may have consented to the photo but not of its posting on the internet) from posting it in the "regular" NSFW thread? He's no longer taking credit for the photo, he's treating it like amateur porn and posting it as such. The harm done is still the same, but by the parameters you and others are trying to lay out it's ok, because it looks like "consented to" porn. Is there any way to prevent that?

The point is, you're starting from the point of view, and assumption, that we're all assholes and have no sense of decency, and it's up to us to prove that assumption wrong. And then you say "but porn is ok!" No, it's not, it's not workable, if the assumption you start from is that we're all assholes and have no sense of decency.

And, bizarrely, you don't address one issue that must be causing you some cognitive dissonance: if one of us is an asshole and has no sense of decency, and has nude pictures taken without consent that he wishes to share with the world, not a damn thing you do on TGR is going to stop that. Might even make it worse, if he seeks out other (worse) sites to post it on because he can't post it here. The only thing that is going to stop it is if we're not actually assholes.

And no, I do not think ALL the photos are non consensual, but I do think the one in question of Booners is. I also think it matters a lot what the picture looks to be. Booner hasn't commented on that picture since the wink wink nudge nudge over it. He's not claiming it's consensual. His last comment said details aren't important.

If pictures can be traced back to a legitimate porn producer, than the burden of consent is on the producer.
