It is funny how this place preaches "community self moderation" or variants of that theme but is almost superhuman in its circling of the wagons if BS behavior gets called out. The owners are the boss of this place. It'd be nice if they were honest about their priorities. Likewise the mods and some of the posters on this topic.

Pretty sad to see folks who post al those political "tisk tisks" about Harvey Weinstein et al, rage at those who suggest that abusive & likely non-consensual + stolen porn is detrimental to this community. That having an incredibly hostile environment diminishes us as a collective. Doubly so that those same folks attacked mtngirl with virtually the complete menu of standard sexist "lynch mob" techniques. Triply so when you consider the literal insanity (including "spamming") that has been tolerated in males here.

You people are pathetic.

In my view, MtnGrl simultaneously raised a decent point & then proceeded to betray the intent behind that point to such a degree that she made enemies of people that were in agreement around the principle.

The blowback from being a jackass spamming hypocrite was much greater than actual blowback from saying creeper porn was bad (see: vacation vs. insults via reply). Then the self righteous, faux values crowd jumped in thrunting up the PR in a flurry of virtue signalling asshattery more fitting of you know where.

You've done a great job of acting like a bitch to friends & enemies on here of late, which really begs the question of whether you are simply using this place to vent frustrations with your own life, or actually trying to engage in a pursuit of raising the level of discussion (hint: smarmy judgements are not the same as outreach). And with that run-on sentence, I'm going to have pancakes.
