Next renovation is going to be fun. 1968 build, keeping a lot of original design elements. View not bad either.

Reminds me of a house I delivered furniture to years ago near Evergreen. The house looked pretty ordinary from the road, but was built into the side of a mountain with all the walls on the rear of the house cut to the contours of the rock, even the glass shower door. There was also a small creek, stocked with fish, running right through the middle of the house. I've been to many houses all over the country costing ridiculous amounts of money, set in ridiculous locations, with ridiculous views, but this one stood out, wish I had pics.

B Bear, if you two ever make it to San Diego you should come down to Coronado for an afternoon and walk around. All of the homes in town are one of a kinds for the most part and represent pretty much every architectural style you could imagine.

Here are a few pictures from our walk this morning.

Now it’s owned by the owner of Quicken Loans and the Cleveland Cavaliers. They put a fricken basketball court in the basement.
Basements looking a bit bigger than when I crashed down there.

They moved it back. It was historically designated.

Ah yes, the last of the "double basements" allowed within city limits.
