    The heals work break the toe bail can be a bit more tricky... I found these worked decently on my vulcans, can't weigh in on the f1... I think the problem with most crampons and touring boots is compatibility with the rockerd sole. I needed to rework my toe bail with a hammer for my other crampons

    I'm not really looking to get rid of the bindings as I do love this set up but I suppose if the price is right I could be talked into it.
