Rand Paul should draw comfort from knowing that the Invisible Hand Of The Free Market anticipated and prevented the spread of Covid as best it could.

Trickle down testonomics. Asymptomatic elites testing positive with no symptoms while sick rank and file 'Mericans can't even get tested. Ronald Reagan would be super proud.

this was my first thought as well, how the fuck does someone that's asymptomatic with no known CORVID contact get a test? Are all senators getting tested daily? How are we not using those tests for health care workers and people actually showing symptoms. Fuck them.

I can’t believe the Senate Gym was still open.

I’ve lost all hope in anyone having a brain left.

Kentucky's junior senator, a deficit hawk, opposed and delayed, according to congressional leadership sources, a $100 billion stimulus package to combat COVID-19. Earlier this month, Paul was also the lone senator to oppose a bipartisan $8 billion deal to provide emergency coronavirus funding.

He'll go by the Trump playbook and demand welfare payments if it gets worse or proclaim God came down and cured him if he recovers (which means he can then run for president).

All we have is his office's word on the whole damn thing. I wouldn't take it fer Gospel without "bein' moved by The Spirit", so to speak. (Or "Independent scientific corroboration" in coarser terms...^)

If he goes out of commission and has to vacate his position, does the Kentucky governor appoint somebody to fill the vacancy?

Apparently being beaten up over leaf blowing is a pre-existing condition?

And he was in the senate gym this morning.

    Having gotten tested days ago.

    What a cunt.

I dont know.... Maybe his only redeeming quality is that he went to the Senate Gym knowing he was probably sick.

He went to lunch with Senate colleagues after the gym is the report. Not sure which ones. Handshakes all around afterwards I'm sure.

People thought there would be Bernie revolution, been telling my wife all week the revolution is here, just not what we expected. What is the average age in the Senate? Although, I’ll bet those fucks will have access to a ventilator.

The fuck did Rand Paul do?

You know they have access to the best free health care in the USA. Even a douche like Rand Paul. Never been to Kentucky but fuck if they don’t have some great representation in the senate. Between Rand and McConnell a couple of real all stars. But I guess I live in Utah so not much better. At least Mitt voted to convict. But I bet Lee would be the first one at the government trough, where shit hits the fan. My guess is that all the anti vaxers will be lining up with guns for the corona virus vaccine when it comes out.

    Handshakes

    Is that the new euphemism?

    I could use a “handshake”

We should start a campaign, all of congress, the senate and administration (except the CDC and those working directly on fighting the disease) go to the back of the line for ventilators. All their constituents, including the 80 YO type 2 diabetics, go ahead of them. How much you want to bet there are ventilators sitting idle waiting for these fuckers to need them?

    Culling the herd.

Rand Paul being a Trojan, decapitating the executive branch.
