What is the MOST SKI DAYS you’ve got in a season?

My record is 42. Nothing too special I’m sure, compared to some, but I’m proud of it none the less.

I totally get that, and think it is a cool way of looking at it.
For you, I imagine, living in the mountains, skiing is just kind of “what you do.”
For someone such as myself, stuck in East Coast suburban hell (), any day that I actually get to ski is REALLY EXCITING, so I tend to count them.

Surely you have a ballpark guesstimate? Just curious.

im pretty sure there haven't been any sub 100 seasons and i'd guess bout 150 would be the most
some bells to bells some a couple hours/ lifts, a fantasy hike and a sillyfork or wolverine lap
i definately skied more days when i was working at the resort
and yeah we lost a freind to an avvy outside kicking horse
his catch phrase was to look up after a run and proclaim we are ski bums and "this is what we do"
and to tells ya the truth i'm a fuckin addict and i'm not sure i'm capable of not doing it.

I haven't counted before, a bit worrying to think I spend about 160 days in ski boots a year...

    110 working on skis

40-50 personal ski days, probably 60/40 split in favour of resort over backcountry at the moment.

Probably a bit less this year, and more mountain biking.

Edit to add, if I wasnt working on skis my personal days would go up a bit, but wouldn't top 70-80days.

You live in east coast suburbs? How you get 42 days? You sliding rails down at the YMCA calling that a day?

    140. I keep a calendar that describes my ski days/tours which I mostly use to track vertical feet ascended and happens to count days. The calendar/journal is pretty useful and a good way to remind myself of certain ski days/events.

Probably 10. Which is impressive since I lived in Hawaii when this happened.

I did log a winter surf season here on Oahu when I graduated college where I surfed good waves almost daily for 5 months since I was living my surf bum fantasy.
