Snow skates are super fun to mess around on, or when lack of vert/snow quality is an issue. Or even when it's not.

Here is a run from last year on the Snurfer, scarier and more fun than being strapped in (although some consider the rope cheating, not me though)

Hope this snow for later in the week materializes.

Drifter is the name of that Snurfer model, and the run is at a NELSA in NH that is now open again.

That Danny Strasser vid is wonderful. Thanks ww!

In spite of the compelling sound track, I kept on hearing Dick Dale riffs....

Can we all please agree that it’s simply bad form to ask where X trail is?

Nothing personal, Willy, you just happen to be the last guy to ask this question. If the poster wanted you to know, they would have shared it.

At the very least, ask via PM.

kinda like secret surf spots ?
thanks for being chill but that trail is nothing special. I promise I'm not going in search of Chad's Gap. if clubhousebmx doesn't want to give it up, no sweat. NELSA in NH is kinda cryptic, nothing comes up. I shall PM and we'll see

    Nice skate vid!

I'd like one of those snow bikes to groom single track fatbike trails.

I've ridden the grassroots pow surfers and they are great. My bud threw a stomp pad on his old elite and that was fun also. This is the same elite as my first board...bought it used...the colors...yikes

I rode that board. my buddy just found his old purple Cruzer 165 with the same swallow tail in his bro's basement in VT. NO bindings on it. I'm thinking snow skate.

It’s the arbitrary rules of the game. You are not suppose to ask “where is that?” However, it is perfectly fine to give vague geographical or physical references so that those in the know, know, those that think they know, don’t know,, and those that don’t know, now know they really don’t know.

it's a boney trail through the woods at a resurrected old hill evidently, not exactly a secret stash spot. I know the rules. Back in the day, at Stowe, I would show people some out of bounds stuff if I thought they could handle it. I'm just not down with the whole you're not cool enough to be in our club schtick.
There's a time to protect certain spots from getting known, this isn't one of them. ( holding back on a JONG here, keep posting, son)

Willywhit, you may have more posts than me but I didn’t ask “what trail” and to be clear I informed you of something most non Jongs readily understand. I wasn’t meaning to be condescending to you, just pointing out the arbitrary rules, take no offense.

totally. and I respect others right to privacy and not blurting out info here that some bunch of kooks could attain easily. I've got my spots I don't disclose. Something tells me that lil rabbit trail isn't a secret, but that's not the point. Welcome to TGR

I take random tourists to my "secret spots" out here in Utah all the time...I just ski REALLY REALLY fast and make a lot of unnecessary entries to get to my spot...they ski it, but can typically never find it again on their own...
