Have to agree with buttah, pretty empty everywhere up north from what I was told/read but I have no doubt the pow day shitshow is inevitable. Agree on the cost but I am not a customer until I see how things play out this season. If I was planning a trip to another epic resort I may have thought about it more but the 10yr anniversary in the tropics is dipping in to that finance box and then some!

2 skin laps on a local bump today, more for the up than the down, too cold and nothing really worth the pics. Crust was thick at low elevation near the lake but good to get out to test out some upgraded binding/board parts...spark crossbar clips and pillow line straps ftw.

Excellent kid stoke all and well done rob! Looking nice down south MNIAW.

Oh and Bottle, your sunset and fish pics are definitely better than your soup shots FTR.

I will be in North Hero VT in a few weeks, plan on knuckledragging for hopefully 3 days. Definitely Jay Peak, probably Stowe and/or Sugarbush. Nice to see you guys are getting snow. Of course, I'm always happy to buy beers for mags who wanna show off the goods.

If anyone is going to be braving the cold at Burke tomorrow, I'll be out there too. I'll take a photo of my chili 😄

Aim for the chopping block. If you aim for the wood, you will have nothing. Aim past the wood, aim through the wood.

Although a xc center pass last year was included with the full pass and this year, notwithstanding a lower pass cost, we had to pay $367 extra for couples access to the xc center. This really screwed over the senior citizen pass holders who last year had a $500 pass that included the xc center and now have to pay $800 for a full ski pass plus the additional cost of the xc center pass.

There's no venting friend. Funny. Yes. Angry? Yeah, no. For a grown man to act like such a 6 year old over internet antics such as this is fucking funny. Oh no, I cook! Skied all day yesterday at the Majestic Northeast Slopes. Awesome day to be out.
You know CTFree is on the site . He posting stupid shit in the word game thread. It's fucking LOL hilarious to think of him sitting in his little box at South lurking the ECRC.

His BOB reports were always such self righteous crap. You could just copy and paste any from years past. Same smug bullshit, and such childish pouting. LOL.
    Thank god for NEK.
    Well done sir.
    Looks cold and dry.
Lots of tracks to make over the next week. I feel like 0 might be the ideal touring temp. so the forecast for me is game-on. Sitting on a chair sounds fucking miserable.
    Have fun with that folks.
Edit...he's back. Guess the swelling finally went down.

They preform best while sipping a Heady on the tailgate of the Range Rover at Stowe. All my junk couldn't draw him out, but the sight of all that stupid expensive gear was just too much for his blue blood to stay away. Set the drag heavy, this fish may run. We all knew he couldn't stay away. The adoration from the ecrc frat is just too important for his sense of self.
Welcome back CtFree. Looking forward to the first BOB report and associated snooty vibe.

Good to hear. Was looking at those crossbar clips and wondered how good they were.

Sugarbush is also cold and empty.

    Riding quad alone.

Snow condition might even be better than Stowe.
Firm but soft and non to little icy patch.
But what’s up with all these not running upper chairs and closed slopes??

With all the lift trouble they have on nice days I can't blame them, being stuck on HG for 20 min today wouldnt be fun. Summit quad would be a slow cold ride too, hope they opened gmx at least.

As far as I can see North Lynx Triple, Castlerock Double, Heaven’s Gate Triple are closed on south side.

I would imagine Summit Quad, North Ridge Express Quad at north side are all closed as well.

Stalker-y AND obsessive-y. Thanks nutmeg for mitigating things in this thread with cold, stoke and soup.

Bottle- it appears you are no longer the lone soup-gnar claimer. Are you ok? Can I bring you any soup?

I’m beginning to think maybe today is a good day to learn how to ski. Seriously considering taking a ski school.

Don't worry, he's just pissed about what he posts and that he isn't posting.

Seems like upper mountain lifts are down everywhere from the desk.

I dunno about this, there's a definite lack of croutons and cheese on that soup.

Heavens Gate’s not running? Odd. I have yet to encounter anything resembling a crowd at the Bush this season.

It’s been quiet.....a little too quiet.
