Aim for the chopping block. If you aim for the wood, you will have nothing. Aim past the wood, aim through the wood.

Amazing you were able to get such a clear shot with that chair moving so quickly. Cascade skied great yesterday. Should be even better today.

    First true day of spring!

Brandon Gap had plenty of coverage. It was like winter in the morning.

By mid day the ice was falling off the branches and we almost put our helmets on in the skin track for protection.

The snow softened up perfectly for some great corn turns.

The cat went off today, got there at the crack of 10 just as things got really. Rockpile was locked in until after 2

Awesome time at Killington, quite a crowd of general public and Mags. Great to see you all and also Mrs. G and the Bay1 K-Zone crew! Props for MNIAW for putting the day together, just what I needed to get out of a bit of spring funk.

K as usual adjusting to the skiers needs are keeping the K1 open tomorrow and next FSS instead of shutting down today for the season.

We didn't get there till @ 12:30, so onto Ovation with vtf top to bottom by 1 or so....ice could be found but most everything seemed to be softening up nicely thereafter.

Impressive that the woods were so much in play. Obviously today softness will be abundant and early.

Good running into the group, sorry we didn't make it to the tailgating, we ran into someone at the umbrella bar we'd been trying to reach for a few weeks and sprite jabbered on forever :-)) happy to see the guy though

Tweaked my ankle and knee on that Julio to Flume exit eject...any Tucks talk is moot at this point.

EAST COAST ROLL CALL - Turn it up to 11

Highline and Lower East Fall softened very early, Highline was really tasty.
Skylark and Bittersweet both came around quickly. Place was kinda amateur hour yesterday. I got there early. My buddies from NH had to park at Ramshead, no fucking shuttle busses. What the fuck? Lines for food were stupid long. The bands sucked. Bring back Max Creek! No Canyon Quad. No corrals setup at Superstar. Total shitshow. Thankfully the skiing was excellent. Oh, and just after I left, I got a text from one the boys, that my name was called and that I had won something. Got an email this morning, said prize is waiting at skier services, fuck yeah! They owe us another weekend with K1 after that debacle yesterday.
