    2 1/2" rain, 1/8" ice, 5/8" sleet, 1/2 of snow.

Crew scraped the road with the Cat to level out the mud ruts.

Whats underneath is not totally frozen yet, so everything covered by trees should be pretty skiable. Jay Peak has all the glades closed, but I bet they'll open some soon.

So you’ve remained in the east (wasn’t worth driving out west) but have added 0 stoke during one of the best early seasons in recent memory?

    FAIL.

It really hasn't been that great, dude.

Great was 93, when it snowed big time about six times from a week before Xmas to early Feb., with temps never going above freezing.
Great is not pretty much jack until early December, a few spits, and then two weeks of life threatening sub zero temps, followed by, a massacre of fog and rain.

Snow in my yard [couple of drifts and a low hollow] are hard as a rock and mostly supportive.

Woods have gone from good to sketch.
Video not even worth posting. The sound alone is demoralizing. Best turns of the day were walking the dog on the golf course.

Just ignore the little gnatboy, he will go back to his pornhub or gerbils soon enough.

Very weird consistency snow, more like sand. Any reports from the hill, powbmps?

EAST COAST ROLL CALL - Turn it up to 11

Seems like the snow ended earlier than expected. The sun is out now, not nearly enough to make up for what we lost.

ETA- this is hard to look at, from MWObs FB.

You haven’t been paying attention or skiing this year, have you?

I bet vets has more days skiing the EC than you do so far this year.
