Great to see all those ho-hum memories again. Damn those mediocre times were alright. Just imagine how much cooler that all would have been if that was in Teacup Bowl though, guys... Just imagine!

It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

The last page or two should be cross posted with the "shit that impresses you" thread.

Epic days, for sure. I missed those big ones, but I'll still take the 3-6" of powder with family and good friends or sunny slushy bumps anytime.

You don't need to spend $130 at Vail to have a good time skiing. I'll take Magic/MRG/MCSB any day.

Any Burlington area mags willing/interested in being a source for some Alchemist brews? I recently finished my winter stash and the closest I'm going to get to the area is Ticonderoga for a few weekends this summer. I'm willing to pay a finders/storage premium over your cost and would be willing to drive to the Burlington vicinity when I'm in Ticonderoga for a pick-up. Besides HT, I'm also in search of Focal Banger and Crusher (and if you can get a few Alena and/or Holy Cow). If you won't be near the brewery, HT and FB would be plenty!

Fuck it is dry out there. I just mowed my lawn for the first time in a week and a half and it was a dust bowl. This may be the driest I've seen my lawn in the ten years I have lived here. Hopefully this rain actually falls today rather than fizzle out or split around the NEK like the last several storms have done.
Aim for the chopping block. If you aim for the wood, you will have nothing. Aim past the wood, aim through the wood.

Apparently we are dry(er) than normal, but all the mtn bike spring wet spots are still wet. We were in the fog off and on for a couple weeks a ways back, so that helped us. Weather is strange these daze

Whopping 3/8" from this front so far. Dry slotted last evening on the thunderstorms, riding was nice with the strong breeze as most of the widow makers are down now.
Was never really wet this spring around here, rode a lot of areas and found dry or damp conditions everywhere. Most early trail closures were a result of the control freak trail queen flexing.

Summertime fun! What is wrong with FB Northeast BC, go?

I’ll start, a recent poster just claimed that Mt. Washington has an “approach longer than most places in the lower 48.” Seriously, you can start your day ordering breakfast next to your over priced bunk room and end your day with hot showers and sorting your days recycling, and the sun will still be shining. Longest approach in the lower 48 my ass.

WinterWonderGrass coming to VT with Railroad and Stringdusters. Interesting date... Dec 14-16 @ Stratton. Might have some double entendre going with the whole grass thing depending on Mother Nature
