No paypal? Ugh. I want to donate. Quality mag, you are. But I can't fill shit out, right now. Too high. I'll try again tomorrow afternoon. Whoever is running this event, needs to get down with PayPal. No wonder no one is donating.

Really cool shots! Always enjoyed your photos and these action shots are no different. I spent a summer shooting downhill mtb and I think I got as many good shots all season as you got in that one day

YES. Red was prime today!!! Coverage, smooth, edgable, fun. Speed laps prime in fact. Cold, yes. Fun, yes. Dressed warm and stayed out all day!. It's amazing how easy alpine skiing is (broke the tele-binders last week), can't wait to do it again soon.

The BLT was HOPPING this afternoon, such a welcome sight!

I took a couple laps in the skin track down in Rasta country yesterday. The crust was noticeable but enough fresh on top for fun turns. Headed to the skin track at the local bump today.

EAST COAST ROLL CALL - Turn it up to 11

Me and a non-mag ski partner found the BC in the neighborhood skied quite nicely.

BTW - I hate having 75% battery, taking 2 pics and having my iPhone die. Fucking bastards.

was not too impressed today about the snow on the other side of jay. still a fun day, but we need snow up here. probably will get a little tonight but 6-12 would make things pretty killer.

i also wrote about the far north here cause i thought it was a cool trip:

Stick a toe warmer on the back of your phone over the battery. You’ll look like a tool when you take your phone out, but the battery will work

Zero degrees and pictures will kill any phone. The Toe Warmer technique is also my go to.

Solid uphill stoke all and sweet shot Dan! Fresh green wax applied to the split for a morning freezer lap or 2 at serpentine mt. before going on a 2 day football/music/drinking bender.

What I heard from msg was very good but the Denver UM show last night was

+1 for the warmer. I keep mine inside my jacket and switch off Bluetooth and WiFi at the resort. I go to Airplane Mode in the BC.

Viddy kills it quick, but snaps don't seem to have that affect when I keep the phone warm in between

What drives me nuts is that I plug it in and it read 76% today. The cold didn’t drain the battery, it just killed it from working.

    Such an awesome shot Dan.

We've been at Gore and in our woods all week, the skiing has been fantastic. Whatever crust is buried deep enough, its a non-factor.

Morning tour on the back 70.

Got into Boreas Glades (one of Gore's best IMO) early today with patrol, maybe the highlight of my week.

    Boreas

Great to see all the stoke, especially at Magic.

K skied well today. fresh tune on the SL's was money in the AM. god, superstar is a great trail, can't wait to ski it in the spring. switched to the PJ's after lunch and had good success finding some deeper drifts.

lost my FTP cold weather gloves today trying to be a good samaritan pulling someone out of a ditch, fuck! have to buy some cheap mitts tomorrow morning and send er. -40 wind chill, gunna break out the neoprene, and goldschlager.

Sunapee was decent. Didn't feel like driving north for more cold. Boot gloves do work well.
