Magic is cold and empty.
(I know this cold and empty thing is getting old)
Only red chairs running today.
Taking early lunch and pint.
Couple more laps, heading back to New York.
Switching up to sub game.

Projection of self-loathing is as sad as it is prevalent. Most people never even realize they’re doing it, they just dig deeper and deeper thinking it’s the other guy.
Sometimes I wish people knew how transparent they truly are, but then they wouldn’t run their yaps and what fun would that be?

Nutmegs sub pic must of gotten to him, upping the carb game. What's next a bread bowl?!
Besides the VTF thing I feel like DaveVT has actually said more useful and interesting stuff than in past years. His trolling does get old.
Thinking of trying to get out for a tour sunday to keep warm, anyone hit any BC near Warren recently? Crust fully buried?

Crust not fully gone at low elevations, but it's only a sound effect. The natural snow right now is so fun to ski, and safe for it's depth. That said with 39 at the stake it's low tide. The ice weighted down a lot of the schwack so things look really clean but the reef lurks not too far underneath. It's chargeable, I boofed some square shapes today confident everything hard is under, but still skiing like a fall could be really fuct up.
On the VTFREE thing. All the shit I have taken in here for being honest, mostly stemming from a small group of "core" mags, VTFree being one. My shit has been in response to theirs for quite a while. We can all go on like his abstaining from participating here isn't the most childish thing we've all seen out of a grown up if a long ass time. That I'm an asshole according to 6 people who post on here and evidently think it's important, I don't mind that dynamic, it's a laugh for me, but consider the source. I like the pictures and conditions reports. I contribute in those respects. However most of this inter-frat-bro-banter should be in emails, or else don't get pissed when people take jabs at your over-public internal dialogues.
Carry on.....laps were sofa king fun. Skied to the door. Pulled Pork, roasted caulifour, braised black beans. I love sking.

VTF is still posting in this thread. What is all this banter. Ya, he isn't posting daily update...so what. Maybe it just got old. Who cares.
My knee is still fucked, but I'm really enjoying all these static PT leg workouts. Really, I am. Better than skiing or fat biking. Fkna

Burke yesterday was cold, windy, and nearly deserted except for the hard core race trainees (UVM, University of Montreal, and BMA) and their coaches.
The only upper mountain lift was the new T-bar due to very low wind chills on the summit (the old Poma has been replaced). It was quite an experience having the racers zipping by less than 20' away while riding the T-bar.

Had a nice walk in the woods this afternoon despite the fact that it never got above zero. The temps just made for good motivation to keep moving. The crust layer kept it interesting - the turns were still great, but the presence of the crust kept it adventurous.
Has anybody else out there explored the BC in Braintree?
