Sounds like they got a rain crust on all the light snow they had, will be interesting to see what this next storm does to that.

Stowe actually had decent woods skiing, and trails were good at the start of the day.

Serious crust down below 2000 in CVT. So epic a crust that I'm hoping it becomes the bottom, and not some weird mid layer breakable shitfuck in the next 18 hours. 8" or more and we should be well off the deck and in hover mode for the meteorological foreseeable future. If not, a good time to have 3 jobs....then there's the weekend storm...so primed. Need a delivery.

Good to hear. Now if you would just refrain from sending your lesson clients in to the notch where they don't belong that would be great.

I thought the only uphill stipulation they have is no skinning prior to a powder day.
Either way should be awesome, have fun.

Wait, they don't let you skin for pow before the lifts open? How lame. Doesn't seem to fit the image they project. Looking great out the kitchen window. How early is too early to bail on the family for laps on Christmas day? I think I'll slowly start putting my gear on to see what the reaction is. Looking like a great week to tour pretty much anywhere in Vt.
