I saw a prototype of that at GAH Hoji camp 5 or 6? years ago, I noticed it and mentioned how cool it was... he was like DON'T SAY ANYTHING TO ANYBODY ABOUT THIS ON TGR. Glad to see some refinement and that it's coming to life!

Duh, just install the Grip-Walk-to-Phone-to-Computer (GWtPtC, ISO6969) soles with pozidriv #3 screws, and then make sure you're using the correct adapter mounted with a 4.1 bit drilled hole and the set the toe adjustment to electronic and they will fit and release correctly in the event you drop your computer off the ski lift. The official word is that Dynafit will back the Apple warranty in case your computer explodes into a million pieces.

Interesting so in traditional AT boots it is the rear part of the cuff being locked that keeps it in ski mode? So the tension/spring is on the rear cuff rather than the front of the boot whereas this is like a traditional alpine boot where the stiffness is in the front?

I'm not super familiar but do I have this right?

I'm curious to see how they make the slider mechanism expand effectively, it seems like it would have to be metal/carbon.

this mecanism is supposed to give a more "flexy" and progressive foward flex with the spring strength? misunderstood?

“pre-retail version of the new Hoji boot was on display to all. I’ve got an NDA on details and photos at the moment, that’ll all be coming soon. Super cool (congrats to developers Hoji and Fritz Barthel) and I’ve actually skied in a prototype so I’m not just vaping, available at retail a year from now so hitch your pants up, grab your suspenders and be patient.”
