TAHOE: LAND OF THE SNOWFLAKES -- 17/18 STOKE

Likely more wind up top compacted the snow. Just like it can feel deeper in the trees where there is less wind effect. KW does not have as much vertical relief, but often the deepest landings are in more Wind protected areas

April 8. And yes, Coop confirmed yesterday that Vail gives no shits about their customers.

Just hoping IkON strikes up a deal with BV or S@T, so I have the strength to leave this abusive relationship.

TAHOE: LAND OF THE SNOWFLAKES -- 17/18 STOKE

Are you saying you have different info? Cause that would make me a very happy dad. My kid wants to keep on skiing. And I want at least another year before I try to get him out Touring.

There are a couple of good stories in Squallywood about huck burials--one in the fingers, one off adrenaline. Some years ago after a big dump they found a dead snowboarder at Sugar Bowl buried at the base of a cliff. Apparently he had jumped the cliff without his board, which they found at the top--friends said it was something he like to do.

I saw a dude at K-wood fully buried upside down off of Jims on Sat, someone had to dig him out or he was f-ed. I had it happen at Sugar Bowl off of the waterfall. I managed to get out but it was close and scary.

Yep, Vail is forcing us to go Iconic, the only way to get Spring skiing in Tahoe.

Click the plus next to the text field at bottom of app screen for quick response and then icon for uploading from your phone will appear and you can load away from your phone. Oh ya, Tech Talk, Jong!

Zephyr was delayed opening but is running now, slowly at times. Winds are not far off from shutting things down. Sooner might be better than waiting.

Thanks - can't get up any earlier than maybe 1:30 PM. Guess it'll have to wait until tomorrow for me.
