Lightbulb How can I be an expert in fishing?

Fishing: Fishing is the activity of trying to catch fish. Fish are normally caught in the wild. Techniques for catching fish include hand gathering, spearing, netting, angling and trapping. Fishing may include catching aquatic animals other than fish, such as molluscs, cephalopods, crustaceans, and echinoderms. The term is not normally applied to catching farmed fish, or to aquatic mammals, such as whales where the term whaling is more appropriate.

I want to be a fishing expert but how to be a professional fishing expert?

^ ^ ^ it took less than 10,000 hours for the Osprey in your avatar pic to become an expert angler

Well, it's a whole 'nother ball game when you shift species. I mean, that one in the avatar looks good, maybe even expert to us, but for all we know the other ospreys are thinking, "damn, that poor guy couldn't buy a decent-size fish. Maybe if he got some lessons..."

being an expert is highly overated
all the cool kids are seasoned journeymen at a craft or trade
and the bestest fisherpeeps don't worry to much about the catching

I think the weather should look like before fishing. If the weather is not good I cannot be able to catch the fish as much as I can afford to fish. I think those who run the fish, they give more importance to the weather. Am I right?
