I bought some GW soles from Dalbello, thinking they were for the Lupo, and they are not. I think they’re supposed to go on the Il Moro and the like. I’ll sell them if anyone needs them. $25 + shipping, brand new. PM me.

If you’re wondering what it looks like, go to Dalbellos website and go to Accessories >>Soles>>Heel & Toe - Grip Walk Option. You can check compatibility on Grip Walks site as well.

Look at the shape of the pad, particularly the pattern toward the midline of the boot. The Lupo had historically been different from the others, so just make sure.

***EDIT*** Looked at the sole of the boots on the OP, and the shape looks to be the same now, so they may have updated them now. That hadn’t been the case in the past - the Lupo has its own thing going on.

FYI. I got some of the vibram gripwalk soles for the Lupo last year and was able to mount them on my KR2 fusion 120s with just a little modification

What did you have to modify?

I think I'm going to try it out.

From what I've seen those will fit every Il Moro and almost but not quite every other new Dalbello boot but the Lupo, mine (the Il Moro 120) and the Krypton 130

I had to grind the gripwalk sole a bit on the toe where it interfaces with the boot. Pretty simple.

Doing a preseason gear check and I was shocked at the state of my Lupo’s soles.

Anyone holding or have a source for Lupo SP Pro alpine soles? They interwebz says out of stock pretty much everywhere.
