7am update
Thank you for all the support. It really means a lot to me.
I came home about 4am, they are keeping her for a day or two for testing and observation.

^^^ Great for you and your Mom.
Harry, good luck to you and Mom.I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

It's one o the toughest things in life, losing parents. Regardless of their age it sucks seeing loved ones suffering and afraid.
Advanced emphysema took my dad out in 2006. Covid took mom out January of 2021. We've finally gotten her burial scheduled at Arlington for next Friday. Taking her ashes up there to be buried with dad's.
You're as legit and solid as anyone here. I feel for you in this crisis. It sucks but you got this..

'no cure for COPD.'
sadly True --
( copd) contributed to my mother's death in 2018,
though her certificate says, 'community induced Pneumonia' I believe
( she was in assisted living )

Mom is feeling great (thanks to steroids).
Today was her 95th birthday !
Loaded up the family on my pontoon boat and went for a cruise.
Note her outfit coordinated with my boat upholstery. That is no accident. Mom has always been a girly-girl.
So glad she made a fast recovery and could enjoy this day.
