    Is there a statute of limitations for criminal investigations in California for this jackass? Some states totally negate the statute of limitations for serious felony sex crimes. I think rape certainly falls into that category. This scumbag REALLY deserves serious prison time!!!

    I guess even if there was no statute of limitations for rape, it would be damn hard to prove guilty if the alleged crimes took place twenty, thirty years ago. Same boat Roman Polanski is in presently...which leads me to believe there IS NO statute of limitations for sex crimes in California or Federal system.
