Rochester MN Recommendations
Going to Rochester, MN for Thanksgiving visit to stepson and inlaws. We're only there three days but am looking for ideas to get outdoors and maintain my sanity. Probably going to be stick season so not counting on snow on the ground.

2nd a gravel ride - find the Almonzo course map
Good paved trails around there as well. But, will be much flatter than the gravel.
NE Iowa actually has some good fly fishing (Decorah area), but the season is likely wrong for that.

Whatever you do, have fun! And, rest assure, if you get into a bad accident, like cutting your wiener off, The Mayo Clinic is right there, so you'll be okie-dokie in no time.
