Looks like it stayed all snow near the top of Pine. At the base, it may have been close to snow, but wet. It looks like the temps may have just turned the corner, and on the way back down! Tomorrow should be good! I look forward to spring like conditions this weekend, with perhaps a bit better coverage? Longer term, what Matt said. The outlook seems favorable!!!! A bunch of driving in my future Fridays!!!

And... once again, NOAA swings and miss. MHM reported only 2 new inches. The wet fart forecasts continue.

MHM only just got MHX going at 11.15a.

I had a buddy who went up and reported it was a sludgy mess. They got Blue going to start the day.

Go enjoy the pool and sauna. Pro tip, ask the front desk for a humidifier to run in your room and keep the window cracked. That place is freaking awesome but hot/dry.

Careful in MHM parking lot. The truck next to me (parked and empty) just slid backwards into the car behind it. Guy just had his parking brake on. Not enough for the ice.

sitting at the bottom of flood in a line of people because they arent going to load before exactly 9am. no palmer, likely no mile, the latter due to "maintenance." all the makings of a shitshow on a three day weekend.

How's the coverage at Meadows Matt? Worth a day trip mid week for an aging skidder.

Sunrise parking lot was a double black this morning. Fun late spring day once the crowd dispersed

It depends on the standard. It was easy to avoid sharks, but I think things might deteriorate a bit over the next 48 hours. It was WARM when we left today. Snow was softening nicely up high, but with sneaky icy patches. Not like wind crust ice, but skating rink.

Based on the cams and telemetry, I don't think there's any reason to ski Meadows if you can ski bachy.
