I might, however, grill in the parking lot if the weather seems appropriate
I thought I would do good in the over 50 group, then these old PSIA farts show up in downhill suits and full blown slalom race skis...

LOL. I went switch to the road on the 3rd turn. It was quite impressive, at least a 6 foot bank, shot over that fucker like I meant to. They said I got a lot of air, but points were deducted, I flailed my arms too much...

if there was a group for 50-59 men who started snowboarding after age 35 with no previous experience on snow or skateboard, i think i could place in the top half. but then i watched some of the videos and realized i would have to leave the ground and those dreams died a grisly death. especially after watching those dudes crash in olympic boardercross.

Yeah I am signed up. Guess I missed last years banked slalom in the tunnel of love. They had features with air? sweet. Dusting off the ol board tonight. Thing is between the eras as I see all the boards these days have short swallow tails like back in the 80s. Just need to stiffen up the sorels with some good cardboard.

As long as there are no heel side turns to be made the podium is pretty much in the bag. Have a special race suit

Counter-clockwise oval snowboard racing: no heelside necessary (how’s your cross-country skooch?)

You’ve got to skooch switch to avoid getting skoochleg.

Just olly into a 180 every time you come off edge and then every turn is toe-side. Might be tough on a directional board, but worth it!

Klaus - Can you do a heel side floating leaf? Then you got the course dicked. Seems like most boardheads get by with that and the toe side turn...

I have 2 'Buddy Vouchers' left on my Season Pass. These were purchased preseason at $58 per ticket and embedded electronically on my pass. We bought 2 per pass on 3 or 4 seasons passes in our family for visiting relatives and we used all but the 2 on my pass. They have have to be redeemed at the Ticket Window cause I have to run my Seasons thru their computer. If u are interested send me a message on the Forum DM and then u can meet me at a Ticket window. It doesnt take any longer then buying a ticket...... and its 40% off.
