I haven't made my move on the van yet. I agree they look top heavy and I'd prefer the camper, but just thinking van might be inevitable (no place to put a camper unless I leave it on all winter).
But enough of this hijacking. I'll continue thinking out loud in the RV thread if I need to.

Move out of town mattig. Then you can collect all kinds of crap. Just built another rv storage unit for more shit I really don't need. On second thought maybe stay in town....

Definitely want to move out of town. Been keeping an eye on the market for a few years now. Nothing ideal yet, but seen a few that were close.

Livestock make better neighbors than people. IMO.

We haven't had a tricker/treater in years. Lol But I still buy the candy, just in case. Sides if get out of line. Can ya run faster than the Bull. Squared off on me in his field but I was too fast on a 4 wheeler.

Regarding campers, these guys are located down the street from my office in HR. Don't know anything about them or even campers/trucks in general but they look pretty cool.

Their stripped down shell model with nothing in it is 45k, and it's about the same as a commercial service body with insulation for less than 10k. I'd love to use one of those as the basis for a build out, but not at that insultingly high price. If they want to cut be a pro deal, I'll be happy to advertise for them every weekend.

Whoa, sorry, I never looked at their prices as I am not really interested in truck campers but that is crazy expensive. That is pretty much the price of one of those ghey/poser 4WD Sprinters...

Oh man, I wish. Have you seen prices lately? I'm looking at 55k just to buy the base 4x4, then at least 20k to build out if done on the cheap with sweat equity.
Some dumb hipster will buy it for 90k when I'm done with it though. Or at least that's how I'll justify it.
Color votes?

Well, I’m hoping this trip is way better than the last one to the Fish...10th anniversary and the lady fractured both wrists first day!
So I haven’t yet explored the hill properly...

That was the end of the snowboarding experiment for her
(It was the last day I ever snowboarded too - 2008, sold my gear that spring)
