This. Small country store 5-6 miles from me does a $5.99 1/4lb deluxe cheeseburger basket. It's better than most pub burgers I get and the fries are amazing.

I also really like Whataburger but it's been awhile.

when I first moved to wyoming there were drive thru liquor stores where you could *even as the driver* get a cocktail in a to-go cup lol. Driver just couldn't be over the legal limit if pulled over
as much as I like a road sodie once in awhile it seemed like a good idea to update that law

currently we are dealing with a similar thing as the drive- thru daiquiri - a bunch of store here sell "sloshies" which are alcoholic slushies
you pour them out of a slushie machine into a slushie style cup and off you go. The prior (loose) rule was that they weren't considered an "open container" in the car as long as the straw had not pierced the top
Now they are cracking down - but nbd here as they were a fun novelty but way too sugary. we grab them once in awhile after bike rides at the store down the st from our house
