    Notaries/ car sale

My brother moved and he left his jalopy at my house to sell. There's a kid coming to look at it this evening but he lives in Idaho and we are in Wyoming (it's registered in Wy)
I have title, bill of sale etc but it needs to be notarized- the UPS store notaries are closing before he gets here. Then I fear he may not be coming back to here soon and if it's not notarized and he gets into an accident etc we could be liable

Or is it not that big of a deal if he takes the car away and we get it notarized later?

Thanks gang. I'm searching but he's coming soon and it's a lot of info and I know you are like a skiing google collective

I so want this car out of my driveway!

Are any of your neighbors notaries? I worked in banking and legal, and every member of staff was a notary; you'd be surprised at how many people are. Can't hurt to ask?

thanks- good idear. I know at least one former coworker that I could probably hit up
I think I figured out that it is recommended but not required in Teton County,
it seems like there are so many sites that just take you to another level within their site with no new info, so it's confusing lol

Could do two bills of sale. You both sign both and each gets one.
