As much fun as it is to have a laugh at her, this IS what is wrong with some segment of America:

dude tells her to fuck off, he was sleeping on the sidewalk by the car where she was blasting music
she goes back into her car (but then doesn't leave)
gets back in the guy's face presumably to say WHY DONT YOU SAY THAT AGAIN NOW THAT I HAVE A GUN
shoots him in the gut and then leaves him to die

... then claims self defense.

If anything he had every right to attack her if she was blasting her own fucking horrible "music"

Watched some of the preliminary hearing that got her case bound over to the grand jury. Her friend in the car does her no favors saying she was never threatened by the homeless fellow. Old guy she shot pretty credible, says he did nothing. The encounter started with him yelling to move the car because the exhaust was pointed at him.

An old criminal defense attorney gave me this advice:
