Louise has alot of terrain open given how much snow they have had. Seem to be using the public as boot /ski packing. Works well imo. Great skiing today for November 10. Upper mountain had some nice pockets. The views are always stellar.

Pano Mile 1 yesterday. Three runs, T- Bar for beers wings, called in Family for same, then back for another run or two, skied home. Hard, crunchy, not stylish, but might have been my earliest day of a season ever.

Drove back to Cowtown today and hit Castle Junction around 3:30 and it was apparent a fair number of folks hit Louise and Sunshine for the observance of the Remembrance Day holiday...

KH beat that last season , not in snowfall but in temp as it showed -400 C at whitewall which of course is not possible in this dimension .

Well Revy has been known in the past to count every snowflake that falls from the sky, including the ones that melt.

Louise was amazing today. Brown shirt, boomerang, saddle was boot top. Windy as fuck when we left, should be a nice refill on the back

Has anyone been up to Highwood in the past week? Looks like it got a bit of fresh over the last couple of days.

There are plenty of rocks to hit on Standish still, but there is also quite a lot of snow. Should be a fun day up there.

Size: 64.4 KBGot a STARS ride out of it too, but sounds like the person is going to survive. Kananaskis public safety had some pictures of the path and it looks a lot like terrain and route choices were made that didn't end well. Luckily the group was prepared with beacon/shovel/probe. Another case of too much eagerness to get early season turns in perhaps?

I still find it very interesting and statistics show it ; that it usually is the more experienced people who get caught.

15-30 overnight at LL and SSV is the pro's guess.

good time to ski on hill, or tour with your head up

We had 2 overnight and 10 during the day, still coming down. Should be nice tomorrow. The only thing to watch is the wind that came with it, no big deal for the hill but could be interesting anywhere else.

Marmot's number is 24 in 24. So 14 overnight with the 10 during the day. Should be fun.
