Racists get so upset that they aren’t ‘allowed’ to use the N-word
https://twitter.com/jasonscampbell/s...sR_NcRK2VkCfkg
Dude, your allowed to say the N-word, there’s not rule against it. It’s just that if you do, then people are going to know you’re a racist POS and treat you as such.
They want to be able to spew their racist bullshit free of consequences.

Clearly mental illness at play. There’s some kind of weird gradient some cross where they go from being negligent, responsible, and clearly a POS to sick. Maybe this is a good reminder to me that no one is a POS. Maybe looking at selfish anti-social behavior like theft as an illness would help me empathize.

"LA Airbnb ‘tenant from hell’ also lived rent-free in Oakland "
Elizabeth Hirschhorn, the woman who had squatted rent-free at a Los Angeles Airbnb for 570 days, was escorted by police off the property on Friday. It’s reportedly not the first time she’s overstayed her welcome.
Hirschhorn, 55, began renting the guesthouse in September 2021 from a periodontist in Los Angeles’ Brentwood, the LA Times reported. Following her 6-month stay, she refused to leave, arguing that she wasn’t obligated to pay rent because the landlord, Sascha Jovanovic, hadn’t obtained an occupancy license for the unit. Labeled as the “tenant from hell” by Jovanovic’s lawyer, Hirschhorn had demanded $100,000 in relocation costs to move.
Before moving into Jovanovic’s Airbnb, Hirschhorn was also caught up in a similar dispute with an Oakland landlord. In fall 2019, she sublet a room in a Rockridge home, then allegedly refused to leave or pay rent, citing COVID regulations and health concerns. Though the landlords filed to evict her in August 2020, she remained in the two-bedroom cottage for over a year, the Mercury News previously reported, and came to a settlement with the landlords in July 2021.

I'm not sure about that, but I doubt she left much or the owner would have tried to lock her out.
I saw this in another article that gives you a good idea what kind of person she is:
Jovanovic said in the suit that Hirschhorn rented a guesthouse on his property from Sept. 13, 2021, to March 19, 2022, at $105 a night but then refused to pay rent when her agreement expired. Even before she stopped paying, Jovanovic's lawyer says, Hirschhorn turned into the "tenant from hell."
In February, Jovanovic said in his suit, Hirschhorn refused to let his contractors in the unit to address a mold issue, citing her safety and COVID-19. She pulled out a decade-old letter from a doctor that said she has "multiple sensitivities to the environment" that would require her to be relocated if there was any construction.
Jovanovic offered to pay for a hotel, or let her stay in his family's home next to the guest house, but she refused.
Then, when her pre-paid stay was over, and she refused to leave, Jovanovic tacked on 24 nights free to give her time to find a new rental. She responded to that offer by telling him in an email that she felt "unsafe," adding to the dentist: “Your actions and alleged repairs are made knowing that of my disability requiring accommodation, I believe it was made to harass and scare me.”
