The season out here in NZ is now in spring, but still has some great conditions with more snow forecast, here is a taster from the North Island from last weekend:

went out to do avy control routes on the south island with about 30-40cm of new snow depending on the wind loading. tomorrow we'll be throwing bombs on my birthday... something i never thought would ever happen.
