FS: Turner DHR. 888 works, DeeTrax Wheels, Codes, Colorado Local Sale $600OBO
For sale is an old Turner DHR. Has a bunch of newer parts (newer than the frame, still probably 7 years old). Haven't ridden it in a few years so needs a bit of a tune to get it back up and and running (bleed the brakes etc). Not really sure how much its worth, but figure $650 is fair for a solid sled. Will Part out if the frame and wheels go first.
Parts list off the top of my head:
1. Deetrak wheel set
2. 888 Works Fork (Ridden it maybe 10 times since a rebuild, but that was 8 or so years ago.
3. Romic Rear Shock
4. Mavic Codes (probably 5 rides on the pads but need a bleed)
5. Truvatic Hussfelt Bars
6. LX Shifter
7. 105 Rear Derailleur
8. Wellgo Pedals
9. WTB Seat
10. Thompson Elite Seatpost
11. FSA Gravity Maximus Crank
The front tire is looking a little old from sitting, but I have 2 more used minions I can throw in for the buyer. I'm in the DTC, but will be up in Winter Park Next Weekend and can bring the bike if interested.
Will Trade for a decent XC bike as well (or knock some money off for an XC fork to replace the Stratos below). I'll start parting our if there is no interest. Short list of parts- I bought this on the Forum (I think from Z?) a long time back.
Also have the following for sale as well as I'm cleaning out my garage: Make me an Offer:
1. Old Stratos DH fork. The seal is blown
2. Mavic Cosmos Front Wheel
3. Bontrager SSR Front Wheel with Bontrager Racelite tire

Yes- It was a sweet fork. I used to live in Santa Barbara, and got it on an old DH bike (A McMahon BUFF, which might actually be worth something nowadays too), it was the son of one of the employees or owners if I remember right. One of the nicest forks I've ridden (I think it's an S8, but not sure any more. If you know what kind of fork it is that would be super helpful. I lent the bike to my brother in law and he blew the seal, an I put the bike away and haven't ridden it in 5 years as I didn't have time to track down parts. Part of me just wants to rebuild it, but figure I might be able to get some cash out of it. Any idea what these things go for nowadays?

best to search ebay, on sold items?
or search this, or ask if they have a DH group?

Ha, I used to ride the Santa Barbara trails with an OG Foes Fly with a Romic and F1 fork. Still have two 8" F1 forks actually, should drop in new seals & oil and put 'em on ebay. That DHR is a great frame, was tempted to get one back in the day.

Bump this for ridding season. Still hanging in my garage. Trade me for a decent XC bike (or maybe even road). I'm up in Summit County frequently as well and could bring up.

Someone buy this DH rig or trade me an XC bike in Colorado. Has to be someone with a spare XC rig that wants a downhill only ride...
