Ach: Kinda middle of the road. Thicker and a little burlier than the lightweight parts of the chemical pants. A lot lighter than the cordura parts!

You have not stumbled onto a village of idiots here - nobody is selling some JONG a lens for a $10-12 net gain. I'd give it away to an established mag for free before doing that.
