First of all, reading this post just made my morning - preach, Optics!
Secondly, are the Gucci's still available? I saw a PM about them, but no update as to their current status - please advise.

Bump for drop on flylow jacket

Any idea how Flylow's 2 layer intuitive membrane compares to Polartec NeoShell?
Does your jacket have room to layer (I'm 6'-4", 230)?

I think you'd be fine for fit. I will say that part of the reason these insulated shells are so nice is that you need fewer layers, and when you open the pit zips it's dumping heat from your base, not 'through' other layers.
I don't really know much about neoshell, other than hearing lots of stories of it getting torn/snagged on branches, etc. The flylow cloth does not feel flimsy at all, and it's nice and not-crunchy.

I'm 6'1", 180. Do you think it will be too big? I usually wear a L in most brands.

Probably ok. I’m a large in every other flylow jacket. Sized up on this one.

How much usage on the Flylow Albert? What year is it from?

5-6 days. I don’t *think* you can tell it’s been worn.
Last year.
