One of the first things you notice off the bat is that it isn't made from foam. This is amazing. The design fits a good amount of fly with good spacing and this is one of the most durable boxes you can buy. It's magnetic locking system is amazing value for money.
So the pro's of this box are quality, durability, and available spacing on the fly.

The cons of this box: if you have an excessive amount of dry fly you can squeeze them in, it will be a tight fit but at least you have that option. The biggest con I've come up with is the stiffness of the slots, you have to put the fly into a slot in the right spot or it won't go in. This is a good and bad thing since they won't fall out even if you tip the box over and shake it.
