It seems to me that she started this thread to talk about having broken her leg. I understand that. What I don't understand is why you're complaining about her constant bitching and moaning (about having broken her leg; duh! What would you expect?) yet you purposely opened her thread, read it, then made a comment complaining about her. Why didn't you just move onto the next thread? What compelled you to get in her thread then insult her? It's really not necessary, just don't read her writings.

My light duty job is boring. Not enough people call me.

People call you when you're on full duty, driving? ;-)

Yeah. 2 more weeks of that then maybe boot but there could be tendon/ligament issues because the joint "spread"? according to last xrays

Good luck. Non weight sucks. Hopefully they don't slowly work you up, because partial weight bearing is almost as frustrating

They said I won't be able to just walk. And it's scary to have the cast off.. it totally feels weak and vulnerable just sitting there getting a new cast.

It takes time to strengthen your muscles (for me it took months).
When the doctor cleared me to walk without my crutches I wasn't elated. I was scared, which I didn't expect. Spending months babying my leg and then finally being allowed to walk on it made me feel anxious. I was afraid that I'd reinjure it. You'll get through this and you will get back to living the active life you enjoy.

At least they give me new casts whenever I want. I was a little sad to give up the one Willie Watson signed but it was starting to stink.
