I just wish millennials would stop wearing those horrible 80's jean shorts.

Everybody on the Internet is making six figures, it's super easy.

I could tell some funny stories about Jackson's ski swap this past weekend.
One involved a kid about 19 years old.
He needs boots. Has poor attitude.
I'm asking the usual questions, how often do you ski, are you good? etc.
In the middle of my questions he slowly takes out his smartphone and starts surfing. "no excuse me", no "I gotta get this..." Basically this kid flipped me the bird and left the conversation- I expected more. Maybe that's wrong, I don't know.
But I was able to shoot the parent a "WTF!" look. He sheepishly shrugged his shoulders.Ski Shop - Basement of the Hostel
Do not tell fish stories where the people know you; but particularly, don't tell them where they know the fish.

My 13 y/o son keeps telling me that he’s gonna be a DJ bc they make millions.
Six figures is nothing.
Sent from my iPad using TGR ForumsIt makes perfect sense...until you think about it.
I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

I was just trying to find this thing I saw a while back where an Army General (or somebody) was evaluating the incoming draftees and was going on about how they were soft, self-centered mama's boys with no sense of patriotism or duty and the country was in big trouble because of them and their ways. The year was about 1940 or so.

Perhaps the General hadn't factored in the 3 million young men in the Civilian Conservation Corp. getting fit digging holes while learning to stand in a mess line, sleep in tents and get along as a team. My RC dad shared a fox hole with a CCC grad from Klan country. I have a thread going in another forum.
I read that 3% of the Millennials in Seattle make $300k+. The one that I met seemed stoked to meet a Boomer. I lent him my pulk for a Denali expedition thet he didn't have time to build. Not every transaction has a receipt.A few people feel the rain. Most people just get wet.
