Hello.
Just a coupla things...
This should be in the *Work or the Lack of it* Thread, in the Connections Forum.
If you leave it here you are prolly asking for abuse.
Also...
You don't say what kind of skills you want from applicants.
What are the wages?
"Entry level" = CA State minimum?
How about employee housing (lol...)
...Remember, those who think Global Warming is Fake, also think that Adam & Eve were Real...

I'm on vacation 24/7, so I should be at least a manager with stock options, but, wait, then I'd have a job, so, like, that wouldn't be cool.

How extensive is your background check? Nationwide or just a state search?
Can you also include the link to a PDF version of the Mammoth Resort sexual harassment policy.
Thanks and I look forward to the opportunity.

Thank you for the advice TurxSki!
I did edit the post as much as I could to show why an applicant would want to work for us, rather than what we need. I appreciate the time you took to respond to help me out!
Wages are typically discussed with an interview.
For any specific questions regarding our multiple employee housing offers, please let me know and I can find out all the information for you! I have lived there and many of my friends do - it's a great way to not have to commit to a full year lease or worry about electricity bills or snow removal.
I did post here originally, saw the appropriate place to post so deleted this thread and added to the work site. I have reported this to admin.
It sure can! Having loads of vacation experience would bring valued knowledge of what a guest is looking for. We can specialize in both vacationing ourselves and creating the perfect vacation for those wishing to experience the mountains we love and call home.
We do have a remote agent program. Typically we would ask you work here in person for a least a full winter and summer season before being promoted into that position. That way you know what you are talking about on the phones. We have a solid remote team and are always looking to add to the family!
For any information regarding our background checks and/or harassment policies, please call our human resources at 760.934.2571. They will be able to go over the details of any situations you are concerned with.Last edited by Lasersocks; 08-23-2017 at 11:08 AM.

Thanks Lasersocks.
I got fired from my last job because of differences with my fucking boss. I'm pretty honest about it.
I always like to see the sexual harassment policy before accepting a job, I've been burned in the past.
Anyway, when does the job actually start? Do you pay for relocation?
Thanks again and I really look forward to the opportunity.

I will be needing a compensation range. Hourly + commission etc.
Do you recognize the 12" rule?

No worries - we all have crazy people in our lives, some turn out to be our boss haha. If you give that phone # I mentioned above a call, they will be able to help you review our policies for a safe work environment.
There are several hiring and training sessions set for September 18, October 2, and November 6. Apply soon to lock in your preferred start date. We do not pay for relocation on entry level jobs unfortunately.

Wages/compensation are discussed during the interview.
What I do know is: We don't do commission as it tends to encourage shady sales techniques. We pay an hourly rate with incentives including swag grabs, ride breaks, 'Mammoth Bucks, $$$ on your paycheck. I hope that helps!

we talking $10, 12, 15, 20/hr ? Obviously compensation is something to be discussed/negotiated based upon experience, exact role, etc. But a good job ad needs to specify a wage range.
