Awesome article about the author of one of the greatest books ever about fly fishing. When my dad bought me my first fly rod (Sage 6wt) back in 1985, the shop keepers at Kings Western Angler in Santa Rosa made sure a copy of The Curtis Creek Manifesto came with it. I still have that book sitting on a shelf in my living room and I still have that rod.

Great article, thanks for sharing that. I got my first copy of the CCM in the very late 70s and learned so much from it. Lost that copy but I have another. Like that article said, it's the best thing ever for people new to ffing.
