Sego Ski Co. is a ski manufacturer based in Victor, Idaho. The 2017/2018 ski line consists of sixteen ski models; 5 ladies, 8 men’s, and 3 park. The company also operates a full service tune shop out of the front showroom. The company will be selling direct to consumer as well as focusing on expanding our wholesale dealer footprint for the 2017/18 winter.

JOB DESCRIPTION


Summary

The fourth season for Sego Ski Co. will consist of balancing ski production, local outreach/sales and further establishing a dealer footprint across the USA. Initially your time at Sego will include learning about Sego Ski Co. with a focus on office organization and planning for the winter. Throughout the winter season, your job will be a varied depending on Sego’s needs. The summer months will have a split focus; preparation for the following winter as well as continued outreach and organization. This is a full time/year round position.

Job Purpose:


  • Direct sales management
    • Outreach, follow up, closing sales
    • Pre and post customer purchase assistance

  • Demo day booking
    • Processing demo forms and follow up with people who demoed skis with a goal of conversion

  • Logistics
  • Fielding phone calls and emails
  • Showroom & office management
  • Assisting sales/marketing/corporate teams with daily/weekly/monthly tasks
