Preferably a #3 or #4 flex but not a necessity.
187 would be perfect but the men's size would work too!

have 183s from 2014. Medium stiff with carbon core (did they do that or did I make it up?) Havent skied them hard, as they've been my touring ski in utah for 3 seasons. Gave them a big tune this winter but would likely need another after a few spring tours. Happy to sell for a fair price. also would be happy to get rid of them .
