I have a couple that probably don't count:

    Blazing Saddles
    Tampopo
"fuck off you asshat gaper shit for brains fucktard wanker." - Jesus Christ
"She was tossing her bean salad with the vigor of a Drunken Pop princess so I walked out of the corner and said.... "need a hand?"" - Odin
"everybody's got their hooks into you, fuck em....forge on motherfuckers, drag all those bitches across the goal line with you." - (not so) ill-advised strategy

    I missed that one.
Debbie Does Dallas, while not necessarily a western is a classic though.

I saw Tom Horn and Rancho Deluxe mentioned upthread. I'm impressed. Solid obscure Tom McGuane calls.

Inferior remake of My Darling Clementine

Dances with Wolves and Little Big Man deserve recognition. Despite Costner being totally unbelievable as an Civil War hero (but very believable as a director).

Dunno if everyone would consider them westerns, but looking at recent releases I'd say "Django Unchained" and "Hell or High Water"

She Wore a Yellow Ribbon got one mention but deserves another. Also, Fort Apache was a great movie, maybe John Ford's best.

Yeah, I was really surprised it took that long to show up here.

Val Kilmer's Doc Holiday was maybe the role of his life. And Sam freaking Elliott and Cap't Ron were in it too? You kidding me?

Why Ike, whatever do you mean?!?

    and of course:

    I'm your huckleberry...
I still call it The Jake.
