One problem—the report that their story was based on was fabricated, courtesy of a fake Pat Forde account on Twitter.

haven't been paying attention too closely but the ducks should be interesting after the implosion last season and the new coach pulling in an apparently amazing recruiting class from the abyss.
hard not to wonder how massive the impact of eugene being so white and never having a black head coach has been over the years. i think he is only the third black head coach in oregon history in any sport.
it will also be interesting to see how well eugene and the surrounding area will treat him when things get tough. or even if they don't get tough.
doesn't sound like the defense will turn around in a hurry but sometimes change is the missing ingredient.
