Would that involve 5 yards and redoing the down? Now that would be a fucking trip. It's Georgia's turn, Alabama. You've won enough lately.

That was nuts. I mean, the first half was boring as fuck, but.. 2nd half? Wow. Nick Saban benched his stud starting QB for a true freshman who's played like 2 snaps all seaon?!? IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME??? Thats one of the ballsiest moves I've seen in any sport, ever. Not a Nick Saban fan at all, but.. WOW. Respect!
Can I just make one observation that nobody has mentioned. Did anybody see the one quick shot of Trump they showed during the national anthem?? The dude does. Not. Know. The. NATIONAL. ANTHEM!!!?!! Camera showed him for a brief second, botching the line the Anthem was on, before cutting away. Never showed him again. The fucking president. Doesnt even know, like, the third line of the national anthem. ?? Fuck me. Nobody else noticed that?

Definitely some big missed/screwed up calls, but I'd say there were a few for UGA too. That's the beauty of College ball though. I've had a hard time watching NFL games because there's a flag on every play and every good play seems to get called back.
As for college OT rules, I like them. Sudden death would just give too much to whoever won the coin toss. For instance, Bama won the toss remember, so they could have just taken the first down, jogged on down, scored their TD, and won a lot faster than waiting on UGA. I also like that it can't be won on a FG. Don't forget, those rules are also the reason UGA beat OSU.

Name one specific one that benefited GA.
Always will be a blown call or two, but in this game it was over and over and it all benefited Alabama.

The kid that stepped out of bounds on the TD reception? Clearly a heel in the white.
Bama won, get over it, stop making excuses. For the record, I'm a fan of both teams. I went to football and tennis camp at UGA a few summers when I was a kid. I've actually been to more UGA games than Bama games. But the Tide is the family choice. I told my mom that I didn't care who won and she hinted at disowning me.
