    when I was setting up to take care of my defaulted loans the offered to settle my 15,000 for 12,000, although the 15,000 includes all there late fees and default fees that go away after the rehab bullshit.

    I don't have a background in finance and I have no idea about a way to find out who owns the debt. I'm just interested in why do you need this information. I'm planning to take a loan and maybe this information could be useful for me. I already applied for the Norwegian internet bank loan and I am waiting for the answer. My brother took credit from this bank before and recommended it to me. It will be my first credit experience and I don't know what should I pay attention to and which are the conditions.
